Parliament Square area
- Parliament Square: south side - closed to all traffic, new pedestrian crossings to the Square
- Right turn from Bridge Street to Parliament Street for buses and cycles only
- Parliament Square east, St Margaret's Street and Abindgon Street: access for buses, coaches for the Abbey, taxis and cycles only plus cars accessing Parliament, i.e. no through route for general traffic
- Taxi rank in Broad Sanctuary moved to the western side of Parliament Square.
- Coach drop-off point relocated from Broad Sanctuary to Tothill Street
- Storey's Gate made one-way southbound from Great George Street to Matthew Parker Street, and northbound from Tothill Street to Matthew Parker Street, with contra-flow cycle lane
