  • Parliament Square: south side closed to all traffic, new pedestrian crossings to the Square
  • Left turn from Parliament Street to Bridge Street and right turn from Bridge Street to Parliament Street for buses and cycles only
  • St Margaret's Street and Abindgon Street: extended bus, cycle and taxi lanes in both directions
  • Taxi rank in Broad Sanctuary moved to the western side of Parliament Square.
  • Storey's Gate made one-way southbound from Great George Street to Matthew Parker Street, and northbound from Tothill Street to Matthew Parker Street, with contra-flow cycle lane
