Gold Medal - Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers

Professor Max Fordham OBE, senior partner of Max Fordham & Partners, has been awarded a gold medal by the Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers

'He has earned his outstanding reputation by both the quality of work that he and his partners have attracted to his practice and his enthusiastic involvement in education, architecture and many other fringe activities...

'He is, I believe, a role model, someone who has shown that there is more to building services than following the mechanical procedures found in handbooks. Someone who is willing to take initiative and lead in building design teams. Someone who is confident to articulate a well thought out and holistic view.'
