The Wakely Collection
This exciting family of designs for contract and domestic seating is the inspiration of furniture designer Sarah-Jane Wakley, whose ideas have developed from her search for a fresh and dynamic shape that combines the criteria of comfort and function with a truly sculptural form. The HM291 �Salamander� range comprises sofa, armchair and chaise-longue that together offer great possibilities for informal arrangements in contract and domestic interiors.
HM292 is a sumptuous and inviting sofa and armchair with deep feather-filled cushions, whose design hints at the tradition of that favourite English classic, the Chesterfield.
Frames are of beech and plywood construction, with elasticated seat suspension. All upholstery is of CMHR foams of varying grades, with polyester fibre wrap. Cushions are feather-filled, though an alternative polyester-wrapped foam filling can be specified for seat cushions if required.
