• Extension of an Hotel, did designing of extension work for one of the oldest hotel in Matheran, viz. Laxmi Ho 400 sq.ft. to accommodate 6 staff members & a cabin for the proprietor.
• Gateway Systems Pvt. Ltd., Networking, Pune, included designing of office space in the basement (approx. area 700 sq.ft.) to accommodate 12 staff members, open cubicles for the staff. Designing of accounts dept. on gr. floor (approx. area 250 sq.ft.) to accommodate 4 members along with space for photo-copying machine.
• A. N Jain & Company, Chartered Accounts, Pune, designing of a 200 sq.ft. office space to accommodate a cabin for the Proprietors and three staff members, ample file storage, a reception area and waiting area for visitors.

• Designing of Residence 2000 sq.ft. for Mr. Kaul (Director Neelachal Auto., Pune).
