- Unit & Trophy Head and Unit Treasurer simultaneously of college's unit of National Association of Students of Architecture (NASA), out of a student population of 200, to handle a unit size of 50 people, for the 38th Annual Convention in 1995/6
- Led a 15 member student team that executed a research project in association with MIT faculty, entitled "Vernacular Architecture in South Canara", in 1996 on behalf of the college for a private firm in Madras
- One of ten selected to participate in a design competition in 1996 based in the USA, entitled "Child Care Centre", which required the innovative use of wood
- Editorial board member for the College's publication of the official magazine of NASA in 1996
- In-charge of organizing class field trips around India for studying buildings like ancient monuments in North Karnataka, 5 star hotels in Bangalore, Goa and Madras, traditional houses in South Karnataka, railway stations in Goa, etc.
- Participated in various sporting and cultural activities like skits, fashion shows, on-the spot competitions in school, J.C. and college
