Used every day for the past two years at least: MiniCad, Photoshop, Excel, Word, XPress, WordPerfect for Windows Used often, and very fluent:StrataVision, Freehand, HTML (writing web pages), Retrospect. Used every day at one time, still fluent:AutoCAD Release 12 for both UNIX and Windows. 3D Studio. Equally at home with Macs, UNIX or DOS; able to convert quickly to any CAD package (has also used Microstation).
The Tate Gallery competition win (36k) gave experience of managing a project alone, and has run other small jobs including a 80k office fit out, and acted as chief draughtsman on schemes for prestige clients.
Not formally trained in graphics, but has designed letterheads, signage and logos as part of service packages.
Course in historic building repair, and use of slaked lime, 1995. Extensive knowledge of architectural history. Reasonable fluency in spoken French, and good reading ability. Photography and model making.
