Vertical Blinds

UK: Vertical Blinds: Vertical Blind Manufacturers & Suppliers

Vertical blinds are made from strips of fabric each hung from a rigid head piece, with a weighted foot. The feet of the strips are connected with chains to keep them in place. The angle of the strips can be adjusted with a cord, crank, or electrical control. The strips can also be drawn back to left, to right, or to right and left. Vertical blinds lend themselves to use with large full-height windows. They take up more space than venetian blinds. For these reasons they tend to be used in offices and institutional buildings rather than homes. Blackout and energy saving versions are available. Leading UK suppliers of vertical blinds are profiled below the panel of sponsored links.
